Rainy Days

232/365

2o7/365

It's always a special occasion when it rains in Southern California. My preferred way of celebrating a rainy day is inside, in bed, with a nice bowl of soup, some toe socks and a nice movie on the TV. Today, I went to LA with Edgar. I spent most of the time in the car (aka all the car window shots, including the origami stars I made while keeping track of the parking meter).

It'll be a little while before my next blog post. I'm off to a goat farm in Northern California! Some people have ask why. I ask why not? I'm hoping the flu I caught is out of my system now.

Macro (50mm) Fun

Day 82

Simplicity rules.

I don't have a lot of cash, but I make do with what I have, can account for everything I do own, and am appreciative of freebies that come my way (like this f/2.5 macro lens I had for the weekend). A $1 vase, a bouquet from the local market, some sprinkles, and a white cardboard for the background. Minimalism at its finest.
